MY FIRST POST


As this is my first post I would like to share my journey so far. I have never dreamed of choosing law as a career. My parents and grandparents always had a choice to choose law as a career. I even had the same dream. After the completion of schooling, I even had no idea where to go and how to start. These all questions made my life more difficult and most importantly nobody was there to help me and guide me properly. Here, first phase of struggle of my life starts. Apart from this I personally believe that when we go through the ups and downs in life nobody is around us.
Every person got afraid to my parents by saying that law is not a good profession and it will make you bankrupt. My parents avoided all those things and always stand by me in each and every moment. Suddenly two strangers entered into the life who helped and guided us properly. Thereafter, I started preparation to crack the law entrance exam and left no stone unturned to crack the same. Finally, I cracked it in two times. On the other hand, people started creating obstacles in my path but all went in vain because this profession was admitted to my destiny.
Another phase of struggle of my life started when I got admission into the law college. I always wanted to opt B.A LLB but mistakenly I got BBA.LLB. However, at the time of filling the form I haven’t had any idea these two are different courses. Thereafter I visited the college where I got shocked by hearing the BBA.LLB. I thought of not to take admission and decided to go back home. The college faculties made understand “do not miss and grab this opportunity”. They also made me understand that BBA.LLB is relatively a new concept and it will give you double benefit in the future as you will be able to work as a corporate lawyer . Therefore, if you opt BA. LLB then you will be able to practice as a general lawyer.
They said , BBA.LLB students are able to gain specialized knowledge about corporate law, international law , Business environment and ethical practices, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and mergers and acquisition etc. In BA.LLB arts subjects are covered with law.
In the end, I would say “all that happens, happens for good”. Now I feel proud I made the right decision at right time. The college gave me a good platform for my future growth. I posted this first so that I can encourage to readers that there is no shortcut key of success and we have to suffer a lot for reaching our goals. It has to be kept in mind that “it doesn’t matter from which college you have studied, what matter is your hard work, dedication and sincerity towards the work.” It is rightly quoted “Success is not a one day game”.
